Biography

Tracy Carrillo-Whitton has been assisting clients with the office of Smith Carrillo and Reeder since November 2001. Tracy graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in May 2001 where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. She has been a member of the Indiana State Bar since November 19, 2001. Tracy is a current member of Madison County Bar Association as well as the Past President. Tracy is a Registered Mediator, a Registered Guardian Ad Litem and a Parenting Coordinator. Tracy has served as a public defender for the Madison County and Grant County Courts. Since 2001, Tracy has gained valuable experience in representing her clients in many areas including domestic-relations cases, adoptions, criminal defense, various civil matters, and personal injury.
